We have been very selective in selecting our partners in your health. Today?s world can be very harrowing and very easy to let everything slide by. Discipline is paramount to succeed to the levels you desire. It is so easy to fall into the ?easy life? or more specifically the lazy life ? just another statistic so to speak. Modern Media is designed to capture this life as the ideal lifestyle ? however what we have seen each year in major Western countries such as the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia and Canada is an increasing percentage of obesity levels of the youth and adult population. We also have incredible numbers turning to drugs for anti depression, anxiety, allergies and other ?modern? diseases. Some argue we are creating legitimate drug addicts with new drugs like Prozac, Zoloft and Claritin to name but a few.

What we do know is that many of the far Eastern disciplines in Martial Arts do not encounter these problems and promote the virtues of breath, strength, flexibility and stress control ? all essential attributes for today?s environ. Further more we have chosen people from the toughest sports and disciplines from the Body Contact Sports Worlds in combination with the more sanguine martial arts. Additionally we have coaches that have succeeded in body contact team sports such as Rugby and the intense individual discipline sports such as track and field, swimming, tennis and golf. Our mentors are both Male and Female and each has different strengths that are suited to different needs. Below is a brief bio of our lead coaches and mentors, for a more in depth look please click on their links
