Passion Of Life

Having a passion in your life gives you a passion for life! The affects of passion are immeasurable and lead to immense mental strength and health. Let us look at the warrior who deems being invincible as being understood on the physical level. It means much more invincibility begins and exists within an unbeatable mind. If the warrior?s mind doesn?t believe that he or she is invincible, then no matter how hard he or she trains the mind accepts the possibility of defeat and the warrior will remain beatable. If your mind is strong and free of all negative influence, the battle is 80% won. All that remains for this warrior is to achieve his optimal physical level of external conditioning and make sure that his weapons are sharp and ready for combat. Take passionate action towards living your life by design. Action leads to a passionately authentic future. Without it, passion is void. This underlines the importance of mental health. We are all warriors in some shape or form!

The invincible warrior is mindful of every action he makes, always living in the present moment, aware of his every step. Commit to yourself as well as those you love to create powerfully a life you can love. Instead of reacting, commit to creating from your heart and soul, out of love rather than fear. Be amazed as the transformation begins. He meditates, looking deeply into all things and seeks a clear understanding of existence as a whole. He sees things as they truly are, not as they present themselves to be. The common warrior lives in his past and in his future, unaware of the path in between. He proudly boasts about his past victories embellishing them to impress others, but inside he cannot stop dwelling on his past defeats. He safely maps out his future taking only the safe turns in the path of life ? there is no passion for the common warrior!

The invincible warrior never stops seeking knowledge, always bettering both craft and educating one?s mind. Trust that you are in the right place at the right time to learn whatever lessons you are meant to be learning. Become a part of a community of people where you can express from the heart and embrace each other’s dreams and life philosophy. Know that you will be honored as you honor one another. The common warrior is satisfied by one?s current level of knowledge and is too proud to be seen as a student, so he encases him or herself in mediocrity.

In reality no one is truly invincible, but you must learn to approach each test in life with the outlook and intensity of the invincible warrior. The mystery of life is free choice. You are never assured of the future so go forward with no regrets. In the end, if you can say that you have attacked life with all that you are, you are an invincible warrior. When emotions arise, flow with them. Take time out to be fully in the moment. This will model for children, friends and family what it means to be authentically engaged in life, no matter what is dished out. The freedom for you AND those whose lives you touch will amaze you.

Believe in yourself! Believe that you are the master of your own destiny. Understand that no one can take your passionate future from you except for you! Watch everything flow into place with perfect, passionate precision. For this you have a passion for life and will live a life of happiness.

Happiness

Happiness is what we all aspire to ? to be emotionally free we strive for happiness ? that is the natural human condition. One of the keys to strong mental health is happiness. We live in a world plagued by hypochondriacs, people with no self-responsibility and a generally selfish unethical self absorbed overflow. So many people spend their whole life just feeling sorry for themselves! Given all that, these people can bring people down both emotionally or mentally. However be that as it may ? it is but an excuse to fall into that trap yourself. We all have the natural ability to let go of any unwanted thought or feeling as we choose. No doubt in times of stress and strain this is more difficult ? but we can all do it.

Look for happiness in the right place.

There is a well used clich? looking for happiness in all the wrong Places - this is true for the most and why we have such a dirge of depression and reliance on drugs such as Prozac, Zoloft and Paxil. If you simply look within, you can discover the source of unlimited Happiness. We have all experienced the euphoria of desire - your mind is at peace and the happiness, your natural state, comes to the fore. It is important to to become aware of these natural euphorias - take happiness directly from it?s source within you and you will enjoy everything that you have or do ? and know why!

Let go!

Most of us spend way too much time holding onto what was. Usually felling sorry for ourselves! Change requires a letting go and trust that there is more around the corner and that you can make it there. If you let go of what was you are enabling yourself to be free and be happy rather than carrying baggage - enjoy what is now by knowing and integrating relevant facts of reality using honesty, effort, rational and objective thought, self-discipline and control. Let go so that your vision, prayers, visualizations, affirmations and wishes will come true!

Draw a breath!

Don?t be frantic, don?t rush and let yourself become flustered. Take a deep breath ? simply let go! You will not only feel happier but you will get things done more easily and quickly. You have choice in every moment. Choose what matters for you. Our lives change when we become conscious that every experience of resistance and fear has meaning and purpose. Working purposefully through our problems helps us become whole and healthy. Through them, we awaken to and can genuinely express new and more powerful aspects of ourselves.

Accept what is.

The hardest for most to accept the way we are brought up in today?s environ. Have you ever noticed that when you just let go of wanting to change or your problems, even for a moment, you are happier ? a great sense of relief comes over you. Have you noticed when we want to change what is, we suffer ? like beating your head against a brick wall! High anxiety always sharpens our sense of priorities and threats remind us that our most precious resource for dealing with the stress of cosmic uncertainty is to be found in the comfort and security of our personal relationships.

Give from within.

A gift from the heart -We have heard this from a young age ? and many scoff upon it?s merits but oh so true! Ever noticed when you give without wanting anything in return, so matter how seemingly innocuous, you are happier? The key is in not expecting to get anything from giving. Certainly, when times are tough, the balm of friendship becomes more precious than usual. Coping with life in an unstable and unpredictable world is also an opportunity to connect ? to friends, to family and to yourself. Grasp that opportunity and stay connected. This will constantly replenish both yours and their emotional resources and gives you a sense of identity of giving, of being needed and wanted ? the result true happiness.

Give love instead of trying to get it.

Throw off and project love - to be as loving as you can for no pre conceived notion. You will instantly feel happier. If you look for others to give you love, you will often be unhappy. Dwell completely in a place of gratitude. Slipping into neediness will become less of a habit when you repeatedly shift towards gratitude, away from poverty consciousness. As the late great Robert Nesta Marley proclaimed;

Throughout history, people have found the strength to deal with all kinds of adversity by mining the affection and support of mutually dependent relationships - learn from them. The maintenance of intimacy with family and friends is often stressful; the business of taking responsibility for the well-being of others sometimes seems too demanding. But when the world is in crisis, nothing sustains us, or restrains us from descending into moral chaos, like the experience of reaching out to each other. Fortunately you don?t need crisis?s to give love, maintain intimacy with love and the stress that you have been programmed to see as demanding falls away.

Live in the now.

If you are simply present with whatever you are experiencing now, as opposed to what was or what might be, you will find there is no end to your happiness. Welcome whatever arises in your consciousness as best you can. In life there are moments that change the course of your life, your career and serve to mould your future. In sport in may be your moment of fame, the match winning score, the match winning tackle, the century needed to seal a World Cup Cricket tournament or home run to win the World Series. At any level and for almost every sportsperson such a time comes and goes in the blink of an eye. So it is with decisions made by individuals that lead to such definitive moments that set the course and set in motion an outcome. The offender or the victim can?t take these moments back, it becomes history and the consequences of such must be realized, punishments decided and repatriation commenced. This must be accepted and whether you are the offender or victim live in the now, accept and you will be able to be happy.

Don?t close out the outside world.

Don?t hold everything inside when you close off from your environment; you are only locking in suffering and holding back happiness. Release internal constraints and pain. Soul searching and a deliberate attempt to rectify poor habits must follow even one poor decision ? don?t just bottle it up inside. Live life wide open ? value your individual rights and respect your obligations to others because by doing so your security, prosperity and freedom will endure. Be strongly vulnerable in connecting with people core to core instead of superficially. Replace backing away behavior with drawing close behavior. Practice interdependency for the strength of synergy rather than the weakness of self-indulgence.

Don?t chop & change for the sake of it!

If you look for things to agree with just as they are, you can find them, even at your darkest hour. For every action there is a re-action, old but true. Actions have consequences, always. Continue to be friends with true friends, don?t be afraid to disagree, nor to act independently when that seems right for you. . Every day, as often as you remember, ask yourself, ?What?s most important for me to be doing right now?? And remember that what?s most important is not usually what?s most urgent. Every time you pick an agreement with what is in your experience, you experience more happiness.

Expand your awareness.

As you expand your awareness, you expand your ability to feel happy. You can do this quite simply by allowing your awareness to be as contracted as it is and as expanded as it is. The more you embrace both sides, the more you can recognize the vastness that is your basic nature. Recognize and embrace the thought that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. If you are not pleased with the outcome, decide to use that moment to learn from and make the appropriate shift.

Accept the possibility of Happiness now!

Most of us are waiting for something to change in order to give us an excuse to be happy. It’s a tough proposition to face, but perhaps we are so complacent in the conduct of our relationships with family and friends that it takes something as cataclysmic to remind us that constancy in love and friendship is vital to our mental and emotional health. Keep humor at the forefront of thought, laughing at and with yourself when possible. You may find yourself quite entertaining when you loosen up! Humor is very attractive, very passionate: life-giving. If we decide it is possible to be happy, whether or not that something ever changes, we can become happy now.
